How should I care for my Oath&Avenue pieces?

To keep your fit crisp and the graphics bold:

• Wash inside out with cold water (30°C / 90°F max)
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or air dry
• Do not bleach
• Low iron if needed
• Do not dry clean

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for a premium, long-lasting print that blends into the fabric — no peeling, no fading.

Are your pieces produced in limited quantities?

Yes — and intentionally so.

Every Oath&Avenue drop is crafted in limited runs, not to chase scarcity, but to protect meaning. We don’t mass-produce. We release what matters — pieces that carry a mood, a message, a memory.

This approach helps us:

• Reduce waste and overproduction

SHIPMENT

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method — whether Economy Standard or Standard Priority.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your shipping selection and location.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions tab — or contact us and we’ll help you out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Reach out within 10 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A short description

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order.

After that, it’s already in motion and cannot be changed.

What if my order arrives incomplete or missing items?

Let us know within 10 days of your delivery date.

Please send us:

• Your order number
• A photo or video of the package contents
• A short note explaining the issue

We’ll look into it and ensure you get everything you ordered.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, or if you’ve received a courier update stating it’s been lost — don’t panic. We’re here to help.

Please contact us or email info@oathandavenue.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Any tracking updates you’ve received

We’ll work directly with the shipping provider to locate your package. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll make things right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the case.

Why don’t I see a password field?

We’ve made logging in easier. No passwords to remember. Just enter your email, and we’ll send you a secure magic code. It’s quicker and safer—just how we like it.

Is it safe to log in without a password?

Yes. Our one-time login codes are secure and expire quickly. Each time you log in, you’ll receive a fresh code directly to your email. This keeps your account protected—no passwords to steal, forget, or reset.

I didn’t receive my login code. What should I do?

Make sure to check your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folder—sometimes emails like to play hide-and-seek. Still no luck? Wait a minute, then try again. If you're stuck, reach out via our Contact page.

Can I check my order status after logging in?

Of course. Once logged in using the same email address you used to purchase, you’ll see your full order history, tracking updates, and current order statuses. No need to dig through emails—we’ve got everything in one place.
